we are unable to offer Early Arrival or Late Check-Out. However,
we do offer luggage storage for any who may need it, and welcome
you to enjoy the Main House Great Room between 11am and 4pm
until room check in or your late departure. |

| Full Refund with 72 Hour Notice. |
| Less than 72 hour notice - If we are able to re-book your
reservation we will still give you a full refund. |

| We accept Cash, Check, Travelers Check, and Credit Card. |
| Deposit: Half your reservation total due upon reservation
confirmation, or within one week of confirmation if mailing a
check. Balance due at arrival. |

| Smoking Policy
| All Rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. Outside ashtrays are
located in several areas. |

| Pet Policy
| No visiting Pets. |
| For those with Pet Allergies, we have Schnauzers but they
are not allowed in any of our Suite areas. Schnauzers do not
shed and are not as allergenic as most other dogs. |

| Directions: You enter Seward from the Seward Highway
which becomes Third Avenue. After you've passed the
grocery store look for the Lagoon on the right. The first
right after the Lagoon is Van Buren - take that right and when
you stop at the Stop Sign you are facing Falls Inn.
