We encourage our guests to take advantage of our multi-night discounts... With guests staying multiple nights we find it enhances our goal of keeping Falls Inn a quiet, relaxing place for our guests. To encourage this we discount at 2 nights and 3+ nights per single suite; this translates to the "Both Suites" option also.  Peak nightly single suite rates are, One night $189.00 - Two nights $179.00 - Three or more nights $169.00 per night plus taxes (rates quoted are for double occupancy) For all season and rate info click on the "Room Rates" button on the bottom menu.

A simple Continental Breakfast of Juice, Coffee, Tea and English Muffins is provided; as well as use of the fully stocked kitchen.

Remember...  Booking Both Suites for larger parties gives you exclusive use of Falls Inn!
To book both suites online:  First click on the "Availability" button below and look at both suites to see if they are both available on the same dates.  If both suites are available book each suite individually with the same reservation information and we will do the rest for you.  Remember we do not charge your credit card for 3 days after online booking and we will make any adjustments to the pricing if necessary.  Couples traveling together can pay separately by booking their suite individually.

   Both Suites are on the 3rd floor and stairs are the only access.  We are happy to help with luggage.
