Terms & Conditions: Falls Inn B&B ~ Seward, Alaska

1. Once you have submitted a reservation request and credit card information you authorize Falls Inn B&B to charge your credit card the deposit amount on your Reservation Details page three days after your initial reservation is made online unless communications are made and you have authorized us to charge your card before the three days.
2. The 3 day grace period in charging your card is to allow you time to reconsider your booking if necessary.  Once the three days has passed without a cancellation notice and we have charged your card, a $25.00 service fee will be charged for cancelling your reservation.  The entire balance of your reservation deposit will be returned less the $25.00 fee either by the credit card used or by check.
3. If you authorize us to charge your card before the three day grace period the same cancellation policies and fees apply.
4. The balance of your reservation is due at check-in.
5. You understand that no visiting pets are allowed in consideration of our other guests.
6. You understand that Falls Inn B&B is a "Non-Smoking" facility and you will only smoke in outside designated areas.
7. Check-In Time is 4:00pm and Check-Out Time is 11:00am
