How Does the Online Reservation System Work?
By using our secure online reservation system your reservation is booked with this easy step process. Online reservations receive booking priority. By completing the payment process of your reservation you reservation is confirmed and secured. You are given a 3 day grace period to cancel the reservation before we charge your credit card for the deposit.
What if I need to cancel my reservation after the three day grace period?
If you cancel
within 3 days of first making your booking we have not yet
charged your credit card so there is no need for refunds.
If you cancel after your deposit has been charged and with a 72 hour notice before your reservation date, we are happy to offer a full deposit refund less a $25.00 fee to
cover processing costs. In most cases your deposit
less the $25.00 fee will be returned to the credit card you
used. In some cases we may need to mail you a check.
We will communicate with you throughout the refund process.
What if I need to cancel my reservation after the 72 hour cancellation deadline?
If we are able to
rebook the room we are happy to offer a full deposit refund less a $25.00 fee to
cover processing costs. In most cases your deposit
less the $25.00 fee will be returned to the credit card you
used. In some cases we may need to mail you a check.
We will communicate with you throughout the refund process.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
No, we give our current guests the
full check out time of 11:00 am and then we need sufficient
time to prepare the rooms. We do however offer you a
place to store your luggage and use of the Great Room
between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm after our other guests have left. Please
let us know if you need either of these conveniences.
Can I bring my pet or I have allergies?
No, due to allergies of many we keep
our rooms pet free. We do have Schnauzer's but they
live on the bottom floor a non guest area.
Do your rooms have black out curtains?
No, all windows are covered with
curtains and/or blinds but they are not black out styled.
Does my reservation include breakfast?
Yes, reservations include a
simple continental breakfast of juice and tea, coffee and
english muffin. You also have use of our fully stocked
kitchen.
